Returns
The short version
Start a return from your order page. If it doesn't fit, we exchange it while that size is still in stock. Sizes can sell out while a return is on its way. Start early.
Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
How to start
Open your order pagewith your order number and email, choose Start a return, and pick the items. You get a return reference right away and instructions by email. Please don't ship anything back before you have them. Prefer email? Write to hello@nodh.life with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method once the item reaches us and passes inspection, usually within 5 to 10 business days. We don't charge return postage.
Exchanges and stock
A returned piece goes back into its original run. It never adds to the number ever made. If your new size sells out before your return arrives, we refund you instead.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or flawed, email hello@nodh.life with photos and we make it right at our cost.
